Coalition Member Camden Lutheran Housing built the RiverView Homes as a 4-story 16 unit rental development for low-income residents located at Ninth & Erie Streets in North Camden. Using a unique group of design professionals, including CLH staff and a project architect, the development uses construction materials and methods guided by PSE&G's 5 Star Energy Home Program, EPA's Energy Star Program and energy-design and building consultants.
